About me

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (#154647), Washington (MFT.LF.70000642), and New Mexico (CTB-2026-0205), an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, and a PhD candidate in Couple and Family Therapy. I hold a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.

I identify as queer and neurodivergent, and I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals, partners, and families. I am deeply committed to affirming, inclusive care and to the belief that mental well-being is a fundamental right for all.

My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and an intersectional feminist lens. I don't pathologize who you are. I get curious about it. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, genuine, and grounded in real human connection.

Outside the therapy room you'll probably find me with one of my four dogs.

Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about reconnecting with what's already whole.

This is a space to slow down, get curious, and understand the parts of you shaped by survival, identity, relationships, and lived experience. I don't believe in pathologizing who you are. Instead I see therapy as an opportunity to explore your inner world with compassion, make sense of the deeper stories guiding your life, and move toward greater self-understanding, healing, and connection.

Healing isn't linear. It's not always comfortable. But with the right support, it can be genuinely transformative.

You're allowed to take up space here. At your own pace. In your own way.
