Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Who it's for: Young adults, adults, and older adults
One-on-one therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and explore what's showing up in your life with someone genuinely in your corner. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, grief, anxiety, or just a feeling you can't quite name, you don't have to figure it out alone.
$185 per 50-minute session via telehealth
Dyadic Therapy
Who it's for: Partners, parent/child, siblings, friends
Some things are easier to work through together. Dyadic therapy creates a space for two people to show up honestly, slow down the patterns that keep getting in the way, and reconnect with what matters. All relationship configurations welcome.
$225 per 50-minute session via telehealth
Triadic+ Therapy
Who it's for: Triads, families, polyamory pods
Therapy that makes room for more. Whether you're a family system, a triad, or a chosen constellation of people who matter to each other, this is a space where all of you can show up and be heard.
$225 per 50-minute session via telehealth
A note on fees: Individual therapy is $185 per 50-minute session. Dyadic and Triadic+ therapy is $225 per 50-minute session. 75 and 90-minute sessions are available, pro-rated at the hourly rate.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
All services are provided via telehealth and are available to residents of California, New Mexico, and Washington.
Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation
Not sure if we're a good fit? That's exactly what the consultation is for. It's a low-pressure phone conversation where you can ask questions, share a little about what you're looking for, and get a feel for whether working together makes sense. No commitment required.
